It may look like a simple dish – but poutine is our passion. That’s why we take special care with each ingredient to bring you fresh, delicious street food that you’ll never forget.

Our food is fresh, not frozen, and purchased from local sources when possible and in-season. We cut every fry by hand, and make all of our gravy in house in small batches. All poutine is made to order on our trucks, ensuring fresh, hot food every time.
